Submit your claim
Please let us know about your claim (or any incident leading to a claim) within 30 days following any incident.
Report a crime incident to the police
Have you been a victim of a theft, hi-jacking, burglary or any crime-related incident? You must report it to the police within 24 hours and get a case number.
Report an accident to the police
If you’ve been in an accident or someone was injured or their property was damaged, report it to the police ASAP, even if your car/motorbike looks fine.
Lost or stolen home contents
If your home contents or personal items were lost or stolen, keep a detailed list of the items after the incident.
Take photos of the accident scene
A quick set of photos of the accident scene, the other car, and the damage can save you lots of hassle later. If possible, get the details of all parties.
Don’t repair or replace
Wait for our go-ahead before repairing or replacing any items.
Don’t admit any guilt
Leave that part to us. We’ll handle the legal side.
